At IFIM Business School, our students learn to be leaders. They imbibe leadership qualities from the faculty as well as each other and are encouraged to explore, think on their own and take charge. In this way, the Institute and its faculty keep on growing with each new student and each new question.

IFIM helps them get ahead by making the right decisions towards a successful career. At IFIM, we believe in holistic education. Together with an industry-approved curriculum, we emphasize health, wellness and overall personality development. So that through the trials in your career you’ll always have the confidence to get ahead. And be the leader of the pack, not one of the herd.
We have devised a unique education model that blends various teaching and learning methodologies to create a holistic professional and leader – equipped to deal with both, business and personal challenges, equally well.
Continuous employability – Built on 3 pillars
The entire model has been developed with a strong view that IFIM students possess the requisite Knowledge, Skill and Attitude. They are not nurtured for one time employment but are thoroughly prepared for continuous employability. This is the basic ideology which helps in achieving a holistic personality.
IFIM strives really hard to create a solid knowledge base for its students. This is made possible with qualified faculty delivering the core curriculum relentlessly. The academic rigor is maintained and it is adaptive to the ever-changing environment. Being an autonomous institute it has the freedom to update and fine-tune the curriculum with regard to market needs.
IFIM also focuses on the ability of action and execution. A student needs to be equipped with reading, writing, presenting and analyzing, among various other functional skills, to perform better. The Personality Enhancement program at IFIM has committed itself to sharpen the requisite skills.
At IFIM a Wellness program is in place to augment good health. There is enough focus on positive thinking, humility, respect for others, continuous learning and personal grooming, which in turn, influences and enhances the attitude of our students.
Whilst the regular PGDM programme has an ‘International Business’ component as an integral part of dual functional specialization, the PGDM-IB programme offers a ‘sectoral focus’ in International Business.
